“Perform within tight schedules of roll out campaigns, generator swaps at greenfield sites located in remote and difficultly accessible regions of Cameroon”
Solutions:
During each campaign, we have to put in place all logistics & transport operations needed to move new
generators from IHS warehouses in Douala to the various greenfield sites; as well mobilizing the necessary equipment, engineers and technicians to perform the task.
Challenges:
The small beams holding the poles were not firm enough, so they had to be replaced without affecting traffic.
Solutions:
A new support to the poles were fabricated with metal and concrete slap to replace the small beams.

The paint on the building was old and pealing off and the paint on aircraft lines was fading out.
Solutions:
Retreated and painted the whole building as well as the aircraft lines.

mechanism. The lighting system was able to move up and down.TA Engineering Sarl fabricated parts which were used on the lighting towers. The project lasted for 5 days..

The system was unable to move up and down for about 22 years. Each time the bulbs are to be replaced, a crane had to be rented which as costly.
